DISPATCH AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK

All orders are sent withing the UK via signed for services. In most instances by Royal Mail service. Deliveries are trackable and insured for loss and damage. You must be available at the delivery address to accept your parcel. If you are not available to receive your order, a card should be left for you to collect your parcel at your local Royal Mail sorting office.

DELIVERY PRICES

1. Standard Delivery (£3.90)

Your order will be delivered in 3 – 4 working days from the date of dispatch

2. FREE Standard Delivery

3. Express Delivery (£5.00)

Your order will be delivered in 1 – 2 working days from the date of dispatch

4. Next Day Delivery by 1pm (£7.00)

Orders must be placed by 11am Monday – Friday to ensure next day delivery to the recipient by 1pm. This includes Saturday delivery by 1pm.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International deliveries vary according to the destination and weight. Prices are available upon request. International deliveries are posted by International Tracked and Signed for services or signed for courier services. Please, do contact our Customer Service Team at: info@choconourish.co.uk

GENERAL INFORMATION

Please, do note that all orders are processed for delivery on Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Please, ensure that the recipient address you provide is accurate, in particular the postcode. If necessary, please, give additional instructions in the checkout at placing the order.

Putting a phone number in the delivery instructions box could be very helpful. Choco & Nourish, Ltd. will not be liable for delayed or non deliveries if this information is provided to us incorrectly or inaccurately.

We are also unable to process orders to a P. O. Box addresses.

If for any reason your gift/order has not been delivered please do inform us immediately and we will try our best to reunite the recipient with your gift as soon as possible.

Our chocolate products are carefully packaged and wrapped to ensure safe and perfect delivery and your full satisfaction. We can send your order along with your personal message.
